Contact Us
This page explains how to contact the Best Online Poker Sites editorial team, what we can help with, and where to go for problems we can't solve. You must be 21 or older to use poker sites we review (18+ applies in a few states). Gambling involves real risk of loss. If it stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
What you can contact us about
We're an independent comparison site, not a poker operator. We can help with:
- Corrections: an outdated bonus term, a wrong detail in a review, or a broken link.
- Reader feedback: a site you think we should research, or a comparison factor we've missed.
- Questions about our reviews: how we reached a rating or ranked a room.
- Business or editorial inquiries: partnership questions, which never affect rankings.
Use the contact details or form provided in the site footer or menu, if one is shown. When you write, include the page address and the statement you're questioning. That lets us check it faster.
What we can't help with
We don't run any poker room, so we can't see or change your account. For these issues, go to the operator directly:
- Login, password or account access problems
- Deposits, withdrawals, pending cash-outs or identity (KYC) checks
- Bonus crediting, wagering progress or promo disputes
- Software, app or table issues
Use the support or help section of the poker site involved, and keep your account details, transaction records and any chat transcripts. Bonus and payment terms are set by each operator and can change, so check the current terms on the operator's own site before you deposit.
Commercial disclosure
We may earn a commission if you sign up through some links on this site. That relationship doesn't buy ranking position, and contacting us doesn't change a rating. Our editorial ratings reflect our own assessment, not customer-review scores. For more about how we work, read About Us.
Reporting a problem with an operator
If we've listed a site that you believe treated you unfairly, tell us what happened, with dates and evidence. We can't resolve the dispute or recover funds, and we can't promise an outcome. We will review the information and may update our coverage. Before escalating anything, contact the operator first. You can also raise a complaint with the relevant state gaming regulator if the operator is licensed in your state. Accepting US customers isn't the same as being licensed in your state, so check your state's rules.
Responsible gambling help
Poker can lose you money, and skill doesn't remove that risk. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never try to win back losses. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER to reach confidential help, and read our Responsible Gambling page for tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion. Please respect state self-exclusion programs.
